The lack of a refrigerator in the room felt inconvenient. On my second night, the air conditioning struggled to cool the room properly. I also faced noise disruptions from an event happening on-site, which made it hard to relax. The shared coffee station on the second floor looked messy at times, needing better upkeep. The front desk staff appeared busy and left me waiting for assistance, diminishing my overall experience. Wildly impressed with the gardens but disappointed with some of the service and attention to detail throughout my stay.

This was a top selection for a brief stop-in in Charlotte with very good value for money. The breakfast served in the solarium was delicious and exceeded my expectations. Check out the charming neighborhood for small cafes and shops nearby.
